Prince Harry was just humiliated when longtime royal insider Lady Colin Campbell branded him as “pathetic” and went on to add that his wife Meghan Markle will “make him miserable.”
Campbell launched this attack on Harry in an excerpt that was obtained by Page Six [1] from her new book “Meghan and Harry: The Real Story,” in which she wrote that Harry is “too weak” to leave Meghan, who she says has “caused him to lose most of his friends.”
Campbell went on to say that Meghan is “a total opportunist.”
“She knew in advance she’d embark on commercial ventures, which royalty strictly forbids,” the royal insider continued.
“She now has what she wanted — a millionaire’s life in Hollywood. She’s caused Harry to lose most of his friends,” Campbell wrote of Meghan. “He’s weaker than she. He’s run ragged. Despite the sex, she will make his life miserable. He has no strength of character to leave her.”
This comes after Campbell made headlines for claiming that Meghan has political aspirations to run for president someday.
“I know the Duchess of Sussex has political ambitions and I’ve been told that one day she wants to run for President,” Campbell claimed. “I think everything she is doing, leaving the royal family and moving back to California is part of her plan and she has taken Harry along with her.”
Campbell opened up to Daily Mail [2] about what would her new book would be like earlier this month.
“There are plenty of revelations,” she said. “I’ve had members of the Markle family to stay, but I’m not saying anything until closer to the book launch.”
While Campbell has been coy about what exactly she plans to reveal in the book, it’s clear it won’t be flattering to Meghan and Harry.
“This person is no more suited to royal life than Angelina Jolie would be to competitive boxing,” Campbell wrote of Meghan [3]. “She has inflated herself beyond natural entitlement. Since she always wanted to be a star, she has this propensity for exaggeration.”
“As for Harry, he should have been instructive. This nonsense that she didn’t at first know so much about him… I mean, please,” she added. “She’d looked him up in books. And she pats him like, ‘good boy.’ She even answers for him.”
