The left is in full-blown desperation mode to bury any lingering questions over the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.

And no where was this more prominent than with Rand Paul’s recent interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.

The liberal reporter fought tooth and nail with Rand to discredit any claims that what happened during the 2020 election was any cause for alarm.

But Rand was not backing down and absolutely obliterated every argument Stephanopoulos put forward, insisting that a federal investigation into these inconsistencies is crucial in order to maintain confidence in our voting system.

Rand Paul and other Republicans definitely have cause to question the legitimacy of how votes were cast and tallied in this election.

And they’re not alone.

There’s still quite a few conservative voters who believe that something was definitely amiss in this election.

From Reuters

(Reuters) – About half of all Republicans believe President Donald Trump “rightfully won” the U.S. election but that it was stolen from him by widespread voter fraud that favored Democratic President-elect Joe Biden, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll.

The Nov. 13-17 opinion poll showed that Trump’s open defiance of Biden’s victory in both the popular vote and Electoral College appears to be affecting the public’s confidence in American democracy, especially among Republicans.

Altogether, 73% of those polled agreed that Biden won the election while 5% thought Trump won. But when asked specifically whether Biden had “rightfully won,” Republicans showed they were suspicious about how Biden’s victory was obtained.

Fifty-two percent of Republicans said that Trump “rightfully won,” while only 29% said that Biden had rightfully won.

Asked why, Republicans were much more concerned than others that state vote counters had tipped the result toward Biden: 68% of Republicans said they were concerned that the election was “rigged,” while only 16% of Democrats and one-third of independents were similarly worried.

What’s more concerning than anything is the media’s absolute panic when you mention just simply investigating these inconsistencies.

Seriously, what’s wrong with just wanting to look at all the facts?

This issue with that is that an investigation will just further undermine Biden’s presidency and sow doubt in even more Americans minds on the legitimacy of this election.

And the left is desperately trying to fight against this in any way they can.
