Joy Behar Whines That ‘Real Victim’ Of Monica Lewinsky Affair Was Hillary Clinton

The radically liberal television personality Joy Behar recently showed that she’s just as obsessed with Hillary Clinton as she ever was when she dismissed the notion that Monica Lewinsky was a victim in her affair with Bill Clinton.

Instead, Behar claimed that the “real victim” was Hillary herself, adding that she believes it cost her the presidency.

“I would submit here that the real victim was the United States of America and Hillary Clinton,” Behar said on “The View.”

“If you remember, when the debate was going on between Trump and Hillary, Trump brought in all these so-called victims of Clinton’s peccadillos,” she continued.

Behar noticeably and offensively used air quotes when she referred to the “so-called victims,” whose names are Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones and Kathleen Willey. Each of them have claimed for years that the former President Bill Clinton sexually assaulted them, and Trump brought them to one of his debates against Hillary in 2016.

“When he brought those women in to that debate, that hurt Hillary Clinton and that is the real victim. The country lost a great person – Hillary Clinton could have been the president instead of that criminal we had for four years,” Behar added. “That’s the real victim.”

Behar went on to say that she has no regrets about any “joke” she may have made about Lewinsky at the height of the former president’s scandal in the late 1990s.

“In the moment it was funny and it was relevant. My intention is never to hurt anybody’s feelings,” Behar said. “I’m coming from a pure place with it.”

This wasn’t the first time that Behar disrespected the women who have accused Clinton of sexual misconduct. Fox News [1] reported that back in 2016, she was forced to apologize after calling them “tramps.”

“This is the thing though … if a woman sleeps with your husband, you’re not going to necessarily embrace them … That’s why when he brought up these allegations, I wonder if she missed the opportunity to address it in a way that the public would understand,” co-host Sunny Hostin said at the time, but Behar disagreed.

“‘I would like to apologize to those tramps that have slept with my husband.’ Maybe she could have said that,” Behar said.

After being hit with tons of backlash, Behar claimed she was joking.

“I want to apologize,” Behar said in 2016. “I never, ever intend to belittle sexual assault and the women who are victims of it ever … I made a joke … I’m sorry.”

It’s sad that Behar has a platform to spew this kind of nonsense on a daily basis. If the Monica Lewinsky scandal really is what cost Hillary the presidency, we as a nation are much better off because of it.
