Donald Trump has yet to confirm whether or not he plans to run for president again in 2024, but he made a bombshell comment on Wednesday that has his supporters very excited, as it implies he does indeed plan to try and get back to the White House again.

A video that is going viral shows Trump describe himself as both the 45th and 47th president of the United States as he golfs at the Trump National golf course.

“First on tee, 45th President of the United States,” the person filming Trump can be heard saying.

This is being seen as one of the strongest signals yet that Trump has given that he does indeed plan to run again in 2024. Trump has previously expressed his frustrations over the rules that he says stop him from revealing his 2024 plans too soon.

“I can’t really because of campaign finance rules, regulations, very complicated, very stiff, and frankly very antiquated if you want to know the truth. It’s ridiculous,” Trump said in an interview with Michael Savage over the summer.

When asked by Fox News host Sean Hannity around that same time if he had made up his mind about 2024, Trump simply replied, “yes,” according to Yahoo News.

“If you move forward, you know how difficult it is, but you seem ready to re-engage in that battle,” Hannity later added.

“It’s not that I want to,” Trump pointed out in response. “The country needs it. We have to take care of this country. I don’t want to, is this fun? Fighting constantly? Fighting always? I mean, the country, what we have done is so important.”

Newsweek reported that Trump has said that many people will be “very happy” with what he decides to do in 2024. A new poll conducted by Harvard this week found that Trump is six points ahead of Joe Biden in a hypothetical 2024 race.

“Trump is starting out in a fairly strong position with Republicans while Biden and Harris have surprisingly little support among Democrats for incumbents,” said Mark Penn, co-director of the Harvard CAPS/Harris poll.

“Trump is also starting out reasonably well-positioned for the general but he seems to be benefiting by being out of the limelight and no telling what would happen if he steps back in,” he added.

Liberals will undoubtedly lose their minds if Trump decides to run in 2024. Trump has said he will likely reveal his decision after the midterm elections later this year, so it will be very interesting to see how this plays out as 2022 goes on.
