Ivanka Trump’s Husband Jared Kushner Reveals He Secretly Battled Cancer During Trump Presidency

Jared Kushner, the husband of Ivanka Trump and former White House advisor, has just shockingly revealed that he secretly battled thyroid cancer during his father-in-law’s presidency.

Kushner, 41, dropped this bomb in an excerpt from his upcoming memoir that was published by The New York Times. [1]

“On the morning that I traveled to Texas to attend the opening of a Louis Vuitton factory, White House physician Sean Conley pulled me into the medical cabin on Air Force One,” he wrote. “’Your test results came back from Walter Reed. It looks like you have cancer. We need to schedule a surgery right away.’”

Kushner, who was a senior advisor to then-President Trump at the time, went on to say that he wanted to keep his diagnosis private.

“This was a personal problem and not for public consumption. I didn’t tell anyone at the White House — including the president,” he wrote. “The day before the surgery, Trump called me into the Oval Office and motioned for his team to close the door. ‘Are you nervous about the surgery?’ he asked.”

When Kushner asked his father-in-law how he knew about his diagnosis, Trump replied, “I’m the president. I know everything.”

“[Trump told me], ‘I understand that you want to keep these things quiet. I like to keep things like this to myself as well. You’ll be just fine. Don’t worry about anything with work. We have everything covered here,'” Kushner recalled.

Kushner has been married to Ivanka since 2009, and they are parents to three children: Arabella, 11, Joseph, 8, and Theodore, 6. While they moved to Florida after Trump’s presidency ended, they tragically had to travel to New York City last week for the funeral of Ivanka’s mother Ivana, who died at the age of 73 after falling down the stairs of her Manhattan townhouse two weeks ago.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ivana Trump,” the family said in a statement after her passing, according to US Magazine [2]. “Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend.”

“Ivana Trump was a survivor,” they added. “She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion and determination. She will be dearly missed by her mother, her three children and ten grandchildren.”

Ivanka and Kushner attended Ivana’s funeral at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church on the Upper East Side of Manhattan last Wednesday.

“Heartbroken by the passing of my mother. Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate and wickedly funny. She lived life to the fullest — never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance,” Ivanka said hours after her mother’s death. “I will miss her forever and will keep her memory alive in our hearts always.”

Kushner’s memoir “Breaking History: A White House Memoir” is set to be released next month on August 23. It will certainly be interesting to see what other bombshell revelations he drops in it on top of his thyroid cancer diagnosis.
