GatorPac is a Federal political action committee. Donations are used to educate grassroots political activists on the most effective ways to influence their elected officials, get a candidate elected, or to fight for a cause. We also use your donations to advocate for policies that protect your liberty, fight for limited government, and secure our prosperity.

Contributions to GATORPAC are not tax deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations are acceptable.  contributions from Foreign nationals are prohibited.

Under federal law, individuals may contribute an unlimited amount per election. Couples may make contributions from a joint account, but each contributor must sign the check or a statement that accompanies the contribution describing the joint attribution.

Contributions or gifts to GATORPAC or endorsed candidates are not tax deductible.  Contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
