Michelle Obama will hit the campaign trail in the battleground state of Michigan later this month under the guise of boosting voter turnout.

Obama, who co-chairs “When We All Vote,” will visit Detroit on March 27.

Tickets are free for the event at University of Detroit Mercy, but it’s not open to the general public.

Fox 17 reports:

It’s open to the organization’s volunteers and partners, as well as educators, college students and high school students who are eligible to vote.

Obama’s tour comes on the heels of an increasing divided Democrat primary process and the possibility of a brokered convention later this summer.

Last year, When We All Vote organized several school districts around the country, which just happened to be in battleground states:

  • Tucson Unified School District (Arizona)
  • Detroit Public Schools Community District (Michigan)
  • Philadelphia City School District (Pennsylvania)
  • Miami-Dade County Public Schools (Florida)
  • Clark County School District (Nevada)
