Joe Biden declared victory in the Florida primary on Tuesday, and ended his speech with an awkward signoff.

Biden was livestreaming his remarks without an audience.

“Thank you all. Thank you all for listening,” he said grimly.

After staring at the camera for a few seconds, anticipating the all-clear, Jill Biden suddenly appeared.

“Oh!” he said as she moved in for an embrace, violating the recommended 6 feet of social distancing.

She then kissed him, and he turned the other cheek, but she missed.

“Thanks,” he said to viewers.

“Thanks. Thanks,” he said. “Okay…” he added as the livestream continued. Jill eventually left the frame, as Joe stood and stared at the camera. He, too, eventually left and it concluded.
