House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sought to reassure Americans that Democrats are on stop of the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. — she just had trouble saying it.
During her weekly news conference on Thursday, Pelosi on two different occasions tried to say “epidemiology,” and in Porky Pig fashion, just switched to a different word.

“…to understand the ep— epi— e— epidi— (gibberish) the epilogical stuff— the spread of the virus,” she said with a laugh.
Minutes later, she had another go, and admitted failure sooner.
“It’s the only way you’re going to learn about the epideomy— how this is spread.”
She was attempting to tell Americans to get tested. Maybe she should, too?
