This past week, federal prosecutors these court documents
Sullivan allegedly posted on Twitter support for armed revolution and has also said he attended a number of Black Lives Matter protests last year, posted numerous anti-police and anti-Trump statements. Sullivan says he portrayed himself as a journalist who was just documenting the incident but he was also actively participating... even broke a window according to the audio in the video above.

“As a protest organizer, John Sullivan is heard talking about seeing the shooting, looking at the gun, and seeing smoke coming from it. John did not condemn the attempted murder nor attempt to stop it nor aide in its investigation by police." - Police affidavit
Sullivan was originally arrested by the DOJ on January 14th and charged with being on restricted grounds without authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct, and interfering with law enforcement. But he was released conditionally without bail.
