Although the liberal media loved to attack former President Donald Trump for his past and what he might have said, they never once took a look at how well he maintained the economy and most of all – the Southern border. Practically overnight, thanks to President Joe Biden, the border has been almost crippled as border agents report record numbers of illegal immigrants trying to cross the border. The reports don’t add in the number of migrants who successfully crossed without being detained. And while Biden being in office proved that Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy was working, the Biden administration is apparently considering paying $450,000 per person for the psychological damage they went through due to Trump’s border policy.

According to reports, all major government departments like the Department of Justice, Health and Human Services, and Homeland Security are debating whether they should release payments upwards of $1 million per a family for being separated at the border.
Representing the separated families, the American Civil Liberties Union claimed to have identified at least 5,500 children who were displaced from their parents while being detained at the border. Again, the payments are not for what is taking place at the border now, but when Trump was in office.
The potential payout could cost Americans over $1 billion. And according to the Wall Street Journal, the lawsuits seek to grant each family around $3.4 million in damages. Those damages include the illegal immigrants voluntarily trying to cross the border.
As for what the critics think, Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, couldn’t believe the Biden administration was thinking about paying people for breaking the law. “UNACCEPTABLE Report says Biden admin considering payments of 450k per person 2ppl who crossed the border ILLEGALLY Those are taxpayers dollars We should not be paying anything to ppl who break our laws.”
Representative Doug Lamborn wasn’t thrilled either. He tweeted, ”Joe Biden gave Americans a $1300 check but wants to give illegal immigrants $450,000, which is more than the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Amidst rising inflation, this is how he wants to spend your money. Priorities.”
