LOS ANGELES, CA –  Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters out of California was caught on camera by an anonymous source not wearing a mask for a flight on United Airlines from Dulles Airport in Virginia to Los Angeles.

The Daily Wire was sent the photo by one of Waters’ fellow travelers, who, likely, was forced to keep a mask on for the entirety of the flight. But once again, the rules are for thee, and not for me, according to politicians.

Flight attendants have taken recently to forcing people to wear their masks even in between bites of food or sips of their drinks, but that apparently wasn’t a requirement for Maxine.

According to The Daily Wire, the source pointed out the hypocrisy to a flight attendant, who then asked Waters to pull up her mask. The tipster also said that Waters “bumped” her boyfriend from the window seat at the beginning of the flight.

The source told The Daily Wire, “Maxine had her mask off for at least an hour while she read her paper and took a nap. Attendants brought her fresh coffee while she was napping and didn’t say a thing as three of them walked past and saw Maxine reading and then sleeping while she remained maskless.

“My nose had bled pretty early into the flight, so I later on pulled my mask down below my nose to get some cooler air. Within a few minutes, a flight attendant informed me I had to put my mask back on over my nose, the right way, immediately.”

Waters has long been aggressive on mask wearing for commoners. In May of 2020, Spectrum News reported, “Rep. Waters is making it her mission to encourage everyone to wear a mask in an attempt to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. She tells Inside the Issues the best way to spread the word is by example and it starts with leaders and public figures, saying, ‘Not only are you asking others to wear a mask, but you are doing it yourself.’”

She attacked President Trump many times for not wearing a mask in public.

Ever the race baiter, Waters said, at the time, “We [black people] should do everything that we can to avoid confrontation but we should keep those masks on. For those who are fearful of us — that’s their problem. If they want to move away, do that.” Apparently, the representative believed that black people would be treated in a racist manner while wearing a mask. She did not disclose her reasoning for this thought process, if she had one.
