Kayleigh McEnany, the former White House Press Secretary to Donald Trump, is calling out Joe Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki for a “snarky” answer that she gave to a question about a judge striking down Biden’s mask mandate for travelers.

When asked about this by Fox News reporters Peter Doocy, Psaki refused to say whether or not travelers would still need to follow the mask mandate.

“You’re the press secretary and you know how government works. That’s a snarky answer,” McEnany said on Fox News. “The answer is we respect the opinion of the federal judiciary, but that’s not what she said.”

McEnany went on to say that when the ruling came down on Monday, she was on a plane, and her fellow passengers cheered while they removed their masks. At that same moment, the Biden administration was whining about the mandate being struck down.

“I hope Jen Psaki fights very hard against this ruling,” she said. “I hope President Biden does and I hope they show the true autocrats they are.”

McEnany also called out liberals who have been trying to demean the credentials of the Trump appointed U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, the woman who ruled that it was time to end this mask mandate for travelers.

“She’s a smart woman. … Go ahead, go after her, go after America, we’re all celebrating,” McEnany stated.

Fox News host Kennedy agreed with McEnany, saying that Republicans and Democrats alike in this country “are ready to move on,” and that most Americans feel that the decision on whether or not to wear masks should be left up to individuals, rather than to the government.

Co-host Emily Compagno chimed in to say that this mask mandate for travelers should have been stopped a long time ago.

“This judge ruled that this authority with was outside the scope, in fact, of this CDC, violating these administrative procedures act,” she said. “It basically means it’s not within your scope of authority and that’s not based on some type of superseding data that moves it out of the way.”

Meanwhile, Fox News contributor Charlie Hurt said that the Biden administration is disappointed by the mask mandate failing just like they are disappointed by the Constitution.

“All of these rules are not just capricious rules, these are designed to protect our liberties,” he said. “It is supposed to be difficult to take people’s liberties away. That’s the whole point of the process.”
